- Simply fill out the required form and present your identification card to the cashier
- Cashier will inform about the rate and other details on the request form
- Pay the cashier in cash and sign the receipt
- In addition to the remitting amount, you must also pay any transfer charges applicable
You are advised to present your valid identity proof of the country, where you live in. We accept ANY of the following:
- International Passport
- Personal ID card
- Residence Permit
- Military ID card
- Police ID card

- For transfers within Greece you can usually send any amount you wish.
- For transfers from Greece to abroad, there is the capital control limit of 4000 € / per person / per 2 months.
Notice that for certain amounts, transfers and situations, you may have to provide additional information or documentation as per the Greek law on customer due diligence.
You can transfer money anytime at service point locations during their business hours. For further information about working hours, please contact your nearby service point location.
After you have performed the money transfer, you will receive and sms on you mobile phone, with the details of the transfer. Once the transfer has been paid out to the receiver, you will also get a notification sms.

Please complete the receiving amount form in a nearby service point location and notify the cashier of the transfer’s control number and receiving amount, in addition to your proper identification. The cashier will proceed with your payment along with a copy of receipt.
